The private-funding thermometer rose by $10,805 in March, bringing the three-month total to $22,028, or 14.3 percent of the goal.
General gifts (including the donation box) were the biggest component at nearly $4.9K, with annual-fund donations adding another $350.
Tee Time proceeds added nearly $4.4K last month. Thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, organized, and contributed in
big and little ways to making Tee Time such a success!
Sales in the Friends' Book Nook added nearly $700 in March, and cash receipts of nearly $500 for lost/damaged books, printing/copying, and room rentals, rounded out the rest.
As you may have heard, the Friends of EPL are busy raising funds all year long to support the library. We hope you'll have time to take part in one or both of their upcoming fundraisers: Their big used book sale April 25 & 26, and a bus trip to the beautiful Morgan Library in New York City on May 1, with time for lunch and sightseeing in
the city. Of course, you are also invited to become a member of the Friends and get involved in their many great projects.
